Summary: Great accomodation, close to the airport, great quiet sleep . What kept bringing us back was the restaurant but last time the food was not as good and the prices very high for a meal, otherwise everything else is fantastic, hopefully the kitchen is back to what it was when we are back next

Summary: Our room heating did not work. It was set to cold and it was June in Australia. After it was found that the heating was faulty the maintenance man said he would go down stairs to organise a room change. No one came up to us to tell us where we were going to. I had to go downstairs to ask what was happening. I spoke with the manager. She then organised the room. Unfortunately we missed our flight to Bali. This was our own fault. However, We booked the shuttle bus through reception for 4:55 am. I would have thought since we didn’t get on it I would have expected the front desk to check that we were ok. ‘In the old days’ this used to happen. I think customer service has a very different meaning nowadays. Which is a great pity. I am on 45 years old.

Summary: Just wanted a hotel near the airport because my flight was arriving late at night. The hotel is too far to walk to from the airport with luggage, they don't run a shuttle service. The cab drivers charge $30 for a 3 minute drive! Unfortunately I couldn't use Uber because I didn't have an Australian SIM card.
