Negative: The restaurant did not have fresh seafood/fish despite the fact that it was on the menu and you expect this from seaside city. It was required to wear a cap when entering swimming pool. Never seen such requirement in leisure place, in sports swimming club it is somewhat acceptable, in leisure places it is not! The toilet door in the room was extremely impractical.

Summary: 5/10 not more.

Positive: The breakfast was excellent a wide variety of food. The restaurant's staff was very helpful and professional. The room was clean and beds are comfortable. The location is excellent close to many restaurants and shopping centers The beach is private and very close. One of the best receptionists was Mrs. Bushra who I unfortunately saw her at check out. She was very professional and great listener to our concerns.

Negative: I didn't like that to clean up the room and take the trash out was on demand, we had to call the reception to have the housekeeping clean up our room. Mr. Cayhoun the receptionist was very rude I greeted him and he didn't answer, I waited for him to look at me and he didn't, he was busy looking at his monitor and ignored me. I just left because I didn't want to allow him to ruin my vacation. The beach needed to be clean. The loud noise that comes from a nearby restaurant on the weekend was very loud even when we close the widows.

Summary: Novotel is a great hotel in all aspects except for one person!
