Positive: This property is located quite good - just 15 mins walk to the very center. Public transport in 2 mins (metro in 10 mins). Also grocery stores are just near the apartment. Apartment is renovated, but not completely: there are some signs that it's quite old (like doors). But overall impression is good. It looks cozy. The bed is ok, probably sofa is good, too. Anyway it was comfortable. The apartment is big enough. Check in and check out are convenient - via the locker.
Negative: Unfortunately there is no micro wave. And yeah, lack of light in the kitchen area. Also, there is no air conditioning, so it might be hot inside. At least there is a fan. One more thing that I consider not very convenient is check out at 10 (while check in is only at 15). It would be better to provide a bit more time for the guests in the morning (like till 11).

Positive: Location Table - excellent space to sit and chat. Plenty of room in living room. Comfortable chairs. Comfy sofa, it was actually good for sleep Comfortable bed Well equipped kitchen. Warm (stayed in December) Nice coat hanger and shoe rack. Washing machine Hot shower
Negative: First of all i booked it for father and 19 years old son. However the owner assumed that 2 people will be sleeping on 1 bed so didn't provide the bedding for sofa. I had to purchase bedsheets. No room in the kitchen cupboards- every single one is filled with pots etc. No hood in the kitchen, steam was pouring down the tiles No light in the kitchen No kitchen towel Random items in the draw - not prepared for guests, they we're just damped there. For example dishwasher tablets. There is no dishwasher. You can't wash hands in the sink - tap is too long. You can't have shower because shower head is too low and shower hose is behind the shower head. What's the point? Really, it seems like flat has been renovated and just random items used for the look but no practicality. Bathroom door doesn't close properly and no lock on it. Neither does bedroom door. Keeps opening. No bath mat in the bathroom. No bin in the bathroom. Bedroom wardrobe again filled absolutely every shelf and cupboard, you can't keep your clothes there because it's like storage cupboard. Curtains in living room are not wide enough to close them. And curtain net was hang the other way round. I had to re-do it to actually close it properly. The flat above it - someone is literally stomping there for hours. You can't call it walking back and forth, it's banging feet with every step they take. Overall, for the price it's really not prepared for guests and should have been re-think and more thoughts put into guests perspective.
