Positive: The huge room,the comfort,the restaurant, the cleannes room,the shower wall is transparent to the room

Negative: We come and there was not warm water so we couldn't take a shower till 8:30 in the morningafter,when we complained they answer that it is Sunday and they don't have a technician. It was a quarter roll of toilet paper and we didn't see that the other toilet paper was even smaller so we get stuck.

Positive: Modern. Super clean. Spacious and airy feel. Well laid out. Nice vibe. Staff friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.

Negative: Not the best view, but was there for some relaxation with family after visiting relatives, so not a problem.

Positive: We arrived late in the evening, but that wasn’t a problem for the hotel. We were warmly welcomed, given information about the hotel, and escorted to our room! The room was very clean, beautiful, and conveniently located (we used the elevator to the second floor all the time). Room cleaning was every other day, and each time we came back, it felt like we were stepping into a brand new room! We had delicious breakfasts! There was always a variety of food, and there was plenty of it. Most importantly, the food was fresh and of very high quality! Every day, there was one waiter at breakfast, a very pleasant young man, who always made sure everything was perfect for us. The hotel's cuisine is excellent overall. We had dinner at the restaurant several times and ate pizza almost every day! The food here deserves a 10+! The staff at this hotel is the best!!! I've never encountered such a great team where everyone is friendly, and their main goal is to make guests feel as comfortable as possible! Special thanks to Kleon!!! He’s an amazing guy who did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay! Any request or question we had was handled by Kleon 100%! We didn’t want to leave, and we will definitely come back!!! Albania is a wonderful country that is rapidly developing, and it's being shaped by amazing people like those we met at Nuevo Deluxe. Because of these people, we will definitely return to Albania and highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Nuevo Deluxe, and especially Kleon — you are the best! See you again soon!

Positive: Great rooms, everything seems to be new, Pizza was good

Negative: Staff at reception and pool were unfriendly, there were no pool towels left for us, showers in the pool bathroom are only cold and there is nothing to put your dry clothes or your shampoo on

Summary: Very disappointed by the staff, other than that great hotel for Albanian standards

Positive: if you have a car the access is quite good, staff will try to fulfil your every wish and give you directions to look around (a bit limited English skills). Water slides and swimming pools are quite decent, good for travelling with family and friends.

Negative: It's advertised as "luxury" place, but rooms and bathrooms are small and swimming pool and water slides operate only during unreasonably limited times.
