Summary: It was nice. We were disappointed that the Jacuzzi tub was disabled. The sign said they disabled the Jacuzzi tub do to abuse by past guest. It wasn't disclosed when we made the reservation.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay! Clean, quiet, great staff, great location, and all with a beautiful view of the Fox River. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Fantastic stay. Great location. Access to the Fox river trail… managed to get a few morning walks in. Also- Thai restaurant on site is amazing!

Summary: Nice view and location. Staff friendly. Appreciated ease of getting to and from room. Room a bit dated and awkward to have fridge on top of desk. Outlets need to be updated to be technology friendly. Breakfast was not very welcoming in the options. Ate breakfast elsewhere.

Summary: I book this hotel when I have to work in the area, but this is somewhere I’d stay for a vacation. The older style of the rooms is very cozy, and each time I’ve stayed the rooms are unique. Lovely hotel in a lovely area. I’ve recommended it to many friends and family.

Summary: Our room was very clean, quiet with a nice view of the water. Nice areas to walk along the water, bike trails and a nearby park. The room decor could use some up dating. The lobby decor was very nice. The desk staff were polite. Extra bonus was an excellent Thai restaurant on the premises. In addition, this hotel was within walking distance of distance to the Union hotel and restaurant.
