Summary: The room, sound proofing and location are excellent & the bed very comfortable. Where this place falls down is if you've any issues or need to contact someone. There is no reception. So yes, you've guessed you have to try & get past some AI bot - joyous. I eventually got through to a human after a 25min wait. Not great when you're unable to access your room, apparently they'd had IT issues that day. Prior to arrival I had decided to extend my trip, so I'd made a 2nd booking and put this on the notes, asking for the booking to be merged. It wasn't done & again I had to contact the bot/help. This took 90 mins to resolve, which to me is a ridiculous amount of time, given I'd provided them with screenshots of both bookings.

Summary: We had a big room for 3. It was clean. Beds were very hard, almost like sleeping on planks. The fridge didt work. Asked the numa staff for help, we where told that we could change room. But the room had only 1 bed and we was 3 so that didt work. They couldnt fix the fridge so we was promised some money in return. So we will see if we get it or not. However, i do absolutly recommend this hostel. The location is perfect and it was clean.

Summary: There is no parking in the property, it took me over an hour to find a parking 20 minutes walk away. I am very sure during my property search I filtered the properties with free parking available. That was a great disappointment. The rest was okay.

Summary: It was a different experience as it was a self check in, self check out hotel. The room was newly furnished, clean and adequate. Room size was great even for a family of three. Kitchenette was adequate with all the essentials. The hotel location was great and easy to access. Essential items, e.g towels, teabags, coffee pods etc. was easy to reach. It might have been better to have a vacuum/mop robot to help with keeping the room clean every time we left the room.

Summary: This was very approachable , almost centre of the city . Lot of places to go around within walking distance . It was bit noisy during the night due to traffic moving around . Overall it was good .

Summary: The space offered comfortable and convenient accommodation for my 2 teenagers and myself. The beds were super comfy and the amenities met our needs. We loved the location because it was an ideal spot to walk or take transit, plus it offered a variety of places to eat! It made our trip the best yet!
