Summary: Located a few blocks from the main train station, the neighborhood doesn’t have much to offer, but it is a 10 minute walk to the altstadt. The room is large with a well stocked kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Summary: We arrived before check in time. There was very limited room to be able to drop off luggage ahead of time. There is no staff on site to talk to. We had to pay to store luggage offsite, until we could check in. We also had no hot water the first day we stayed at the hotel. Contacted the staff thru WhatsApp and the problem did get resolved the same day. It is a good property. Quiet and safe. Close to the main train station. Within walking distance to sights we wanted to see. Clean room. Would stay here again

Summary: Big plus is the laundry in the basement. A little pricey, but does include soap and fabric softener. Grocery stores are across the street and the Ubahn a very short walk away. Room was clean. It's a little weird to have NO contact with staff, but not a big deal.

Summary: The laundry facilities were great. The cost for a wash was 3euros on your credit card and to dry was 4euros. Very convenient. You don’t even need soap as it automatically added it.

Summary: Initial room had a sewage odor and the bathroom fan had fallen off the wall. We called Numa who offered us a change in room though it was smaller. We requested a late check out and asked for the fee to be waved due to the inconvenience which was denied.

Summary: Wifi didn't work the entire time we were there. We booked for four people, yet the pull-out bed didn't have the needed sheets, and there were only two towels. One of the railings across a window, which enables the black out curtain to cover the window over night, was missing - looked like it had been torn out of the wall. Only 1/4 of the towel heater in the bathroom actually worked. Disappointing stay.

Summary: Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious for us to have both of our suitcases open. Modern shower was a nice comfort to have. Enjoyed that we could do laundry on the property and was easy enough to figure out.
