Positive: The place is convenient for most of south Gower, loads of lovely beaches and walks in the area. The site is old but well maintained, with a nice pool. Right next to a shop and really good chippy.
Negative: When we arrived the chalet was filthy, although when I complained to the owner she couldn't be more apologetic and helpful. Place obviously has a damp issue and

Positive: It was a great location for the beaches we wanted to visit. The accommodation was adequate, a bit old and tired but ok.
Negative: We were told we could not check in until 3pm to enable deep cleaning. However, the bungalow has not been ‘deep cleaned’ for months. The kitchen floor, round by the fridge and the cooker was really dusty and dirty. The cooker and the cooker hood were old and dirty. There was dust and fluff underneath the sofas. All the appliances were old and had not been PAT tested in years. There was a lack of storage space to put clothes away; the cupboards and wardrobes in the bedrooms were already 3/4 full with other stuff. All in all; it was adequate. I didn’t expect the Ritz for the price we paid but it was a little disappointing

Positive: The beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was good and games room for the children was handy.
Negative: The property hadn't been cleaned. There were long strands of hair & toe nail clippings on the floor in main bedroom and a musty smell. Every surface was dirty,table,worktops,cooker. & pull cords in bathroom.

Positive: Ideal location for exploring the whole Gower coast. The swimming pool was a bonus, it was lovely and warm and very clean. A great asset.
Negative: The site itself was very well kept, with neat lawns and no rubbish, but the overall atmosphere was not helped by having a large derelict pub right near the entrance.
Summary: The accommodation was ideal for us with a dog. It was very clean, tidy and spacious.

Positive: A family of two young children of 2 and 5 years old, we had everything we needed. Heating was essential as it had turned cold and plenty of heating provided. We loved having the soft play, outdoor play park and heated swimming pool on site and very close to the bungalow. The launderette proved handy too!
Negative: Internet was provided at extra cost and no local places to eat.
