Summary: We made a 4-night stay in Austin to visit family for the Christmas holiday. The house was in a great location, easy to get to all parts of the surrounding area.Owner was easy to communicate with and the check in / out process was very simple. When we return to Austin will check to see if this location is available.

Summary: We use this great home as a base to visit family at Thanksgiving. It is in a residential neighborhood near a nice park and trails. The simple home is pleasant, it is clean, well supplied, has comfortable beds, and a nice fenced yard. We will definitely stay again! well suppliedcomfortable beds. Abd a nice backyard.

Summary: This pleasant house is near a nice park with walking paths which we enjoyed with our dog. Nothing was inadequate or went wrong! Beds are nice, home was clean, had decent kitchen supplies. This was our 3rd year renting at the holidays. Easy and enjoyable.

Summary: We stayed the weekend at this property because my husband and I and our kids were going to the Two Step Inn festival in Georgetown. I was hesitant to book since it was 25 min from the concert location but I’m so glad I did! Property was clean, owner communicated quickly, and he even allowed us to check in early! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Summary: Nice house. Quiet neighborhood. The house was clean but there was a slight dog smell in the garage. Nothing too bad. Keep that in mind if you have allergies. Beds were very comfortable. I would rent again.

Summary: Perfect and will stay here again! We stay at Vrbos often, this one takes the cake. Is it hgtv worthy? No. But it is hands down the one place where we’ve been able to walk in the door, everything works, nothing is broken, and there is everything we need and expect for a home away from home. Access/Security: easiest Vrbo access I’ve encountered. Keypad was active, code worked, and there are 2 deadbolts on every door. Area: this is a beautiful and safe residential neighborhood, with a great park/playground 5 minute walk away. H‑E‑B is 6 minute drive (bring bags, there are some in the pantry!). Furnishings: the house is not a designer home by any means, and it’s are a little worn (but they make the place cozy), the furniture is all in great condition, comfortable beds, and clean sofa. Also several cozy throw blankets! Kitchen: so well equipped, including dish soap, cling wrap, etc. Coffee maker, plenty of pans, dishes, silverware, etc. nothing is lacking for preparing full meals! (Some plastic cups for kids might be helpful, but we did fine being careful with the glass ones). There is even a long iPhone charging cable in the kitchen! Bathrooms: clean and well kept. Hot water plentiful, and strong water pressure! Towels clean, soft, and plenty of them. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in shower. Bedrooms: there’s a plug and a light by each bedside, perfect for charging phones and reading before bed. Beds are comfy, albeit a bit worn in. Windows all open easily for a lovely cross breeze. Amenities: appreciated that there is cable, Netflix, a selection of books (for kids and adults), and card games. We didn’t make use of the washer and dryer, but it’s great to have it available.
