Summary: The home is comfortable and well set up . Easy walk to restaurants on 17th and to downtown . We were allowed a late check out which really helped us out .

Summary: The rental has a positive and welcome vibe, lotsa room and fairly well equipped. Owner responded promptly to issues and inquires. Age of the building and the location is a little concerting but overall had a pleasant experience.

Summary: The apartment was great - clean, comfortable, with lots of amenities. The location was close to restaurants, downtown. Our only problem was getting into the building. The key ring contained a key, a plastic teardrop and a fob. The directions about using the fob were inadequate and we had to ring the caretaker a number of times to get in and at one point got some attitude A tenant of the building finally showed us to use the teardrop for the door and the fob for the parking lot. Frustrating.
