Positive: The hotel was amazing! First of all, the room was spacious with stylish furniture and decorations. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is right next to the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. Price is very good for what you receive. And we want to thank this wonderful hotel for congratulating me and my twin with our birthday. They sent a very cute card with their wishes and delicious champagne.
Negative: We loved everything! Maybe just a recommendation to add guest slippers.

Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at NYX Hotel Ibiza for 9 days to celebrate my birthday, and I absolutely loved it! The staff went above and beyond, they even surprised me with a bottle of champagne on my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. The view from the balcony was incredible, you get the most stunning sunsets right from your room. The design of the room was also one of my favorite parts especially the huge mirror in the bathroom (a dream if you’re a girl getting ready!) and all the other mirrors around the room, which gave it such a chic, modern feel. The location, amenities, and staff were all 10/10. It’s the perfect spot for a stylish, relaxing stay in Ibiza, close to everything yet peaceful enough to unwind. I’d definitely stay here again!
Negative: The beds weren’t as comfortable.

Positive: Our stay at NYX Hotel Ibiza was overall excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the DJs and music created a fun and lively atmosphere, and the drinks were of good quality. The bars were open, prices were reasonable, and the entire property felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was also very enjoyable and added to the positive experience.
Negative: There were a few downsides. The cleaning staff often made a lot of noise in the hallways, with doors slamming and constant sounds that reached the rooms. The elevator was also frequently stuck, which forced us to use the stairs several times, including going up at least once. This was inconvenient and should be addressed by the hotel management.
Summary: Overall Despite these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay. On a scale of 1 to 10, we would rate NYX Hotel Ibiza a solid 9
