Positive: I liked that the property was walking distance to Saifi Village. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. Breakfast was also really nice on the 10th floor
Negative: The property is old and quite dated. It is also across the road from a tunnel area which has many homeless people and would not be safe to walk at night. When we checked in at the hotel the staff were very welcoming. However, after this they took us to their room and then I inspected the room and found out that I didn’t actually have a window. There is almost like 2 full glass sliding door, but it is frosted glass and you cannot see an onto anything. I checked to see the security of the glass door and turns out the lock was broken on one of the doors and this door lead onto an area that was accessible for for hotel cleaning staff, so I called reception and asked to either change room or have someone look at the door. This whole process took quite a lot of time (almost 2 hours). Given that the hotel staff said that they could not change our room so they had to get workmen into our room and onto the window outside to basically fit a wooden plank to make sure that the room was locked and no one could enter so this was a bit of a downer to the arrival of the hotel. Other than that the hotel feels quite dated in the actual room. Final thing. what shocked me is that the mini bar was super expensive for example they were charging eight dollars just for a small pack of nuts when there is a shop across the road where you can buy this for less than a dollar so all in all
Summary: Would stay again but just keep in mind that what you are getting is quite basic
