Positive: At a central location with easy to reach tourist spots thru taxi or public transport. Also possible to walk to some tourist spots.

Negative: Change in management means no breakfast, even though stated at time of booking. Exceptionally, they offered useless breakfast to us. e.g. 2 eggs for 3 people. Descriptions at time of booking do not match. e.g. not a hotel, no fitness center, no 5 star etc

Positive: Very helpful staff. Breakfast is very good, although served only from 9 am on, which is not too convenient if you are travelling for business or just are an early riser. Kitchen well equipped, in case you want to prepare your own meals. Excellent location.

Negative: We had some difficulties to contact the manager and get our key, probably because the management had just changed.

Summary: Good place to stay in Istanbul for some days.
