Positive: Great location with a stunning view of the lake and surrounding area. The property can be easily reached either by the dedicated city path made for walking/cycling which runs along the side of the lake (around 4.5k from the main bridge entering the city) or via bus 4,16 or 17 to the bus stop "Na wzgorze" which takes less than 10 minutes, followed by a 5 minute walk.

Negative: The only complaint was that the wifi speed was less than 0.9mbps, but really wasn't an issue as i had good phone signal and if you visiting such an area to use your phone all day you are in the wrong place.
