Positive: This was an adorable 2 story cottage that sleeps 6 people. We were a family of 4 older adults. It was very clean and had all the utensils you needed to be able to cook at home. Except for a can opener. There was a grill to cook on that we didn't have a chance to use. It is located in Oak Bluffs, close to downtown. It is also close to Vineyard Haven and Edgarsville. It is just a short distance from the ferry if you drive a car over.
Negative: All the beds were Queen sized and at least one could have been king sized. All the mattresses sagged in the middle so made the beds a little uncomfortable. All the doors squeaked so loudly everyone could hear when you got up during the night to use the bathroom. There was nothing in the upstairs bathrooms to hang hand towels on. In the main bathroom there was a window that wouldn't close all the way. There was no dish rag in the kitchen. There was no can opener, a kitchen must. The lighting was very poor in the living room. There was no instructions on what to do with the trash bags when we left. I was aware of the stairs to the second floor but if you have trouble navigating stairs, these are very narrow and steep. There needs to be something to lay your suitcase on in the upstairs big bedroom or in the big bathroom.

Positive: Lovely looking 3 bedroom house in a great location - 10 minutes walk into Oak Bluffs.
Negative: In need of attention - there were a few broken things around the house (particularly the screen door). Couldn't get the TV to work properly - despite contacting the management company. Disappointed that we weren't able to check-in before 4:00pm - management company were very inflexible and said that they needed until 4:00 to get the property ready, however we drove past the house an hour beforehand and there was nobody in attendance as the house was clearly ready.

Positive: Comfortable, well appointed, nice yard, parking, ac, 3 bathrooms, outdoor shower, outside seating areas. Washer dryer, dishwasher were nice to have
Negative: Bad smell in washer area, dryer doesn't seem to work, couldn't get bedroom tv to work, intimidated by front and back ring cameras although I understand why owners would want them
