Positive: Everything about the place nice and quite ,listening to the birds in the morning having breakfast outside. Meeting the lovely horses and the two rescued dogs.

Negative: The parking the apartment at the coach house people not parking right, had problems getting in near the bins on the night and banging my car.

Positive: The hobbit apartment was lovely and was located in a nice quite area,it was nice having breakfast outside listening to the horses and birds . Menna and the young lass made us feel very welcome, having horses and the rescue dogs made our weekend.

Negative: No problem with the brook, our son and wife was getting frustrated with someone parking in front of the coach house didn't get a view for our grandson to see the horses and us in the brook.
