Positive: Clean property in a great area, comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Also great that there was useful kitchen products (salt, coffee etc)

Negative: Tv was broke and although mentioned during the stay nothing done about it. Was pretty unusable 95% of the time, the time it was useable there was still 1/4 of the screen broke and couldn’t be seen. Also booking says there is a washing machine but there is no washing machine in the property. Also raised with host who said they would investigate and let me know but they never got back to me so no washing for the whole stay.

Summary: Tv didn’t work and no washing machine but other than that property was nice.

Negative: It was very dirty and needs a deep clean. One glass was left broken in the cupboard - the oven could not be used as it was filthy, the carpet in the sitting room needs a clean. Both bins had been washed and were left wet in side. The toilet brush had not been moved, there was grimy mould under it. We would not like this to affect the rating of this property as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Please merely mention this to the owners who we believe are not in the country at present. If this is corrected, we would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Positive: Jason was an excellent host. Showed us around the property and ensured we were comfortable.

Negative: As it's a bnb, I was surprised that there weren't supplies for the stay. The pantry was stocked but not for breakfast. No milk, bread, eggs, fruit, butter. I hope this is remedied because the property is lovely, and close to Warriewood Shopping centre, 5 minute walk.
