Summary: The airport pickup I arranged the previous day never showed up and they seemed to not even remember talking to me. Also, same day laundry does NOT mean same day, which gave me difficulties. The food in the restaurant was delicious! The room clean. The staff friendly and helpful, aside from communication difficulties.

Summary: Bad wifi and far from malls. Overall very good. Nice breakfast, gym, rooms and free shuttle.

Summary: Hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. Late check out was not a problem. I vacated my room at 17.30 without any extra charge. Restaurant needs a bit of attention and few more dishes need to added to room service menu. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and going back in September.
