Summary: My stay lasted three nights, and during that time, the room was never cleaned, nor were the sheets or toiletries changed, despite multiple requests at the front desk. The staff at the front office were rude and appeared to view guests as insignificant. They did not greet us, showed no respect, and spoke dismissively, which was completely unprofessional. I believe the only reason people stay here is due to the low room prices; otherwise, no one would choose to do so. I have learned from this experience and will never stay in such a rude or unprofessional place again.

Summary: Hotel is badly in need of repairs, renovation. The elevator did not work (had to take stairs). Carpet was torn and filthy. Staff at front desk was difficult to understand/ not at all helpful. Could NOT believe that breakfast was not provided (must be the ONLY LaQuinta without a breakfast included?) The good points: Security was there to protect vehicles, as Oakland is a very dangerous place. Location 2 1/2 miles from Airport was very convenient. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom very adequate, price was reasonable!

Summary: Elevator worked inconsistently - buttons didn't always work, door would get jammed, almost got stuck inside. There were questionable characters wandering around late at night, when I left the room in the morning there was a group of policemen coming down the hall w/ weapons out, advancing towards a room at the end of the hall. Did not feel safe, will not return.

Summary: It was comfortable in the room but the other parts of the hotel was sketchy not to mention the poop on the hall way floor I really hope it was a dogs…. But with the activity that was in the lobby I’m a little concerned.

Summary: The pictures for this property are extremely misleading. There is no breakfast at all so the lobby looks desserted unlike the photos advertise. The whole 2nd floor hallway smells of cigarette and marijuana smoke with ripped carpet and stained ceilings. The elevator is extremely slow for only servicing 3 levels and makes loud banging noises that doesn't give you confidence in its safety. I did like that there are fridges and microwaves in every room. The working staff at the hotel are wonderful and we were happy to have security at the gate since it is not a safe neighborhood. You can tell the employees are doing their best with a hotel that is needing a lot of repairs. I definitely overpaid for my stay.

Summary: Pretty annoyed that they advertised breakfast but cancelled service at property... the door locks didnt work well. The place smelled bad. The location was good but the area was very unsafe. Be cautious.

Summary: They discontinued the breakfast. Stayed a couple of weeks ago and they had the breakfast. Some repairs were done in the room but of low quality workmanship.

Summary: The hotel is very outdated, with ripped carpet in the hallways and rooms where the carpet feels unclean. Upon entering the lobby, there’s a strong smoke smell, making it unpleasant. The rooms are extremely small, and the TV was broken. The overall atmosphere seems more suited to long-term stays rather than being family-friendly. The photos online suggest there are common areas for gathering, such as the lobby, but the smoke smell renders these spaces unusable. Additionally, although breakfast was advertised, nothing was provided.
