Positive: We stayed in the 3bdrm penthouse. Even though the building was under construction, We still got to do what we wanted. The staff were very kind. The parking lot was hard to maneuver. However, we got the hang of it. I wouldn't trust taking a longbase vehicle through the parking lot during construction. The view 10/10. The accommodation is 10/10. Parking lot 6/10. Staff 10/10. House keeping 10/10.

Positive: The location was great, close to the city and all the common activities. Loved the use of the shuttle and the shuttle drivers are very kind and great conversators. Great views from our room. The stairwell to Lake Wakatipy, beautiful touch to the Resort.
Negative: I didnt like the bed was 2 single beds connected as i had requested a double bed. The days house keeping came in the bed linen was not changed as i had accidentally spilt BBQ sauce on the sheets.
Summary: Great location, but need to specify bedding situations etc

Positive: There was no mention that the place is being renovated/ rebuilt and is a construction site. Very little parking, and reception is the size of a shoebox.
Negative: Be honest about the construction site!!
