Positive: We stayed in the ground floor Koru Suite, that was beautifully appointed. Very spacious and modern. Tony greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcomed. Tony also went above and beyond when he contacted us after we left to inform us we had left an item in the room - he very kindly arranged at his own cost for that to be mailed back home to us. Top notch customer service left coupled with the quality of accommodation left us feeling very pleased we chose this option. We highly recommend this property.
