Summary: Our host was incredibly communicative! She assisted with anything we needed promptly. The house has a large yard, trampoline and pool for perfectly for families! The layout of the house gave them plenty of room to run around and play inside and out! We plan to return to this rental again, perfectly situated close enough to the gulf without being stuck in the crazy crowds over spring break!

Summary: Our host was very welcoming and nice. The house is nice, but they are working on it, so I bet it will be beautiful when they are done. The only thing I would have liked was a TV in the master bedroom. We will definitely rent from her again.
