Summary: They let me both check in early and keep the room a bit extra after the check out time so excellent customer service from those two already. Room was clean and well-equipped and the location of the hotel is very good right by the grand mosque and also close to the airport bus #13. Breakfast was good and they even asked if I wanted an omelet. All in all very good hotel which I can wholeheartedly recommend to everyone travelling to Kuwait.

Summary: They gave me bad room and not comfortable in the beginning and I asked to change it They were not honest with me when they told me all the room same thing When I check in first time it was Arabic guy in the reception He did his job in very professional And gave me good room with explanations of the roles Next time the recpcion stuff was not good and not honest I have to ask for change room twice

Summary: Clean room, small but functional and good price. Hotel is in good location, close to the local food courts and restaurants. In the particular room I stayed, the plastic floor is coming loose and that was bothersome, but the view of city make it up for it!

Summary: Oasis hotel was great. Located across from a street market and main road. Easy to call a cab or walk across the street to get food. The hotel was clean, stocked, and everything was functional. Mina at the front desk was very helpful. Actually, all the staff were very helpful. I did not have a car, so did not use parking, but there was a lot in the hotel rear with many spaces. I would stay here again.
