Total renovation of Upper unit duplex sitting on 3/4 acres directly on the Indian River with a 2 minute walk through our privately owned property to a quiet, unpopulated beach. Imagine starting and ending each luxurious vacation day with a beach sunrise and a river sunset.
This immaculate space is furnished with new furniture throughout including four smart tv's. Your stay at OASIS gives you access to propane grill, beach chairs and umbrella, Kayaks, Standup paddle boards, and a private dock to soak in all the Florida sun or, throw in your fishing line.
150' boat dock for your pleasure. Boat launch or rental available a couple of miles away.
NEW in 2026 We added a 20x40 custom swimming pool on the river side. As well as doubling the upstairs square footage adding two addition bedrooms for a total of three bedrooms including a master bedroom suite (6-8 guests). Custom grilling out living space next to pool and doubling the enclosed pouch area for viewing the amazing river sunsets.
