Positive: Amazing resort-like venue 15-min away from the heart of Marrakech. Everything from the architecture, staff, accommodation, excursions, water park access, buffet breakfast, cleanliness was exceptional. Loved this place.
Negative: Not much I can say here. They’ve outdone themselves and have not left any doubt or negative in my family and my experience.
Summary: This place is a MUST for anyone staying in Marrakech.

Positive: The hotel is beautiful, walking through the hotel is like walking through a beautiful garden, very clean and well maintained private rooms and excellent food at the restaurant. So quiet and relaxed compared to the middle of Marrakech. The kids loved the pool and the garden games, great access to the water park, advice would be to go early and avoid weekends as it gets busy. Resort was super safe and relaxed
Negative: Unfortunately the service was poor. Very friendly just slow, I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Marrakesh however I would say order food and drinks at least 30mins before you want it. I saved a load of money as most of the cocktails my wife ordered didn’t turn up. When ordering water for the kids we would take it straight away or we would be waiting 20mins. All part of the Moroccan laid back charm. We would order breakfast buffet to the room which was beautiful but nearly every day it came with no plates, no bother as it was a small walk to get them from the restaurant. There is only one restaurant at the hotel so we chose to eat out locally a lot which was frustrating at the start with taxis but on balance made us try new food and pushed us out or comfort zone with kids.
Summary: Lovely relaxing hotel outside the all the charm and chaos or Marrakech

Positive: Beautiful location, and grounds. Lodges were Gorgeous, everything you needed. Staff were very attentive. Fab stay!
Negative: Amazing, nothing I didn’t like. Perhaps a shuttle bus in the evening for the return from Marrakesh. But really it was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in!
Summary: Perfect lodges, gorgeous grounds and fab pool.

Positive: The staff around the resort was very welcoming and helpful. The benefit of the free shuttle into the Medina was excellent with drivers being very kind as well. The 3 bedrooms lodge was lovely, had everything we needed and was comfortable with good sized rooms. The water pressure in the showers could be even better, but not an issue. We had an exceptional bad weather front and the staff helped with the rain/hail; unusual and not an issue. The location of the resort allowed to go into the Medina and escape as well. The restaurant had a small and good menu, with the food being excellent throughout our stay for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you very much for the hospitality and help in booking excursions.
Negative: There was nothing that impacted our holiday negatively. The water pressure in the showers could be even better. There were works going on for expansion of the resort, that did not impact us and it will be interesting to see how the resort will develop further.
Summary: Lovely comfortable stay at a short distance from the bustling Medina in Marrakech

Positive: A real oasis. Such a pretty spot with very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and private lodges with their own gardens. We loved the breakfasts and food at the hotel, and staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Negative: We were staying out of season and the main pool was being refurbished though we were able to use the pool in the water park, it was a little disappointing.
Summary: We loved it and plan to come back!
