Summary: Hosts were great and responsive. Pool and hot tub area kept adults and kids entertained. Downstairs area was awesome for kids to have their own space to hang out. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Hopefully available when mayb nationals are going on next year.

Summary: I have been hesitant to leave a negative review, but I rely heavily on guest reviews for rentals so wanted to share our experience. House was nicely decorated (as pictured in the photos) but seemed to be a quick, inexpensive rehab. While the home was relatively clean it appeared, a bit run down and in need of a deep clean and repainting indoors. The exterior yard was disappointing; the pool bottom and ladder were covered in green algae. The outdoor sitting area had weeds 5ft+ tall. The hot tub however was immaculate. The neighborhood is not well zoned; a combination of houses and mobile home/trailers. This VRBO home was by far the nicest in the area. Many surrounding homes looked run down and properties were poorly maintained. We were uncomfortable even taking the dogs for a walk in the neighborhood. I have rented many VRBOs for extended stays, but this was our most disappointing experience.

Summary: The pictures of the backyard don't do it justice! We met in Wichita for a short family reunion and had three dogs with us. They stayed in their kennels while inside, but they could stretch their legs in the backyard chasing balls and playing together. Nick and Kassidy reached out to us before we arrived to ask our preferred temperature for the hot tub. Only three ended up using that, but they all enjoyed it. We stayed there in April, which is before they prepare the pool for the summer, so we didn't use that. There were storms in Wichita the weekend we stayed, but we enjoyed staying around the house playing games and talking. The kitchen had plenty of plates and utensils as well as a spacious fridge. There was also a crock pot, cookie sheets, 9x13 casserole dishes, multiple pans, and other cookware. We got our groceries at Costco and Dillon's. They had "beach" towels (for outside) and plenty of bathroom towels. There were couches in the front living room which also has a fireplace. While we didn't use that, we could see that ash had been recently cleaned out from being used. There were more couches downstairs. We don't have any small children in the family right now, but I did notice a child safety gate in the closet of the master bedroom. It could probably be used at the top of the staircase going down to the basement to keep small kids from accidentally falling down the stairs. Great place to stay, especially if you are looking for a quiet place to spend time together.

Summary: My family and I stayed here for a couple of days to just explore Wichita. The property itself was great and as described. The host met us upon arrival and was extremely helpful. They also installed a gate for the stairs so we felt safe with our 15 month old. The backyard is great and the hot tub is fun. Unfortunately, we ended up visiting when it was rainy and cold so we didn't really get to enjoy the outdoors as much. We would definitely stay here again if we came to Wichita.

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable. Very spacious. Snacks and drinks were much appreciated. The spa was amazing to relax in even as light snow flakes were falling. Just awesome. Will book again in the future. Agents were easy to contact and deal with. A +++ experience
