Summary: I had organized a pick up from the airport with the hotel but when I arrived there was no driver there and when I called them they sort of had forgot it. The room, a suite, did not correspond to the pictures. I booked a suite, but the "living room" and kitchenette was in two different areas outside my room and there other guests also had access. The elevator did not work going up as the door couldn't be shut from inside the elevator.
