Positive: It is worth mentioning, however, that the housekeeping staff was a big plus of this place. He was always smiling, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. He was very dedicated and polite, which clearly stood out compared to the rest of our experience. This is definitely the only aspect that deserves a positive review.

Negative: The stay at this place was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations at all. The reservation was for 4 beds, but upon arrival there were only 2, and later 3. The owner tried to convince us that we had received an “upgrade” to a better apartment, which was not true — our originally booked accommodation was occupied by other guests. As a result, we had to spend one night in a different place and then move again the next day, which made our stay very inconvenient and prevented us from properly unpacking. After moving, the conditions were still unsatisfactory — the sofa was not even made up, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. At the end of our stay, when we asked to extend our check-out by just 3 hours due to a late flight, we were charged 1800 baht (after long negotiations), and the payment was requested outside of Booking. Considering all the inconveniences, wasted time, and the need to relocate, this fee was completely unreasonable. As a form of compensation, the owner could have easily allowed us those extra hours. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Positive: This villa hotel is one of the most exceptional accommodations I have ever been at. Be it in regards of location, of staff, of homey decoration with many paintings, of paradise greenery, of animals like cats and fishes.

Negative: Well, nothing much. Thus I can’t understand some negative reviews such as a steep hilly location. And we rented very conveniently a motorcycle anyway.

Positive: The interior design is absolutely stunning, surrounded by art and inspiration everywhere you look. The owners are incredibly friendly, warm, and funny. The cats are adorable and so loving. This place is truly amazing — it’s rare to find somewhere like this in Thailand. I’d love to come here again to recharge whenever my anxiety builds up or work leaves me exhausted.

Negative: The price is on the higher side. You could stay at a luxury hotel for a similar cost, but the experience here is far more unique and memorable. Considering what you get, the overall value is still very reasonable.
