Enjoy a luxurious experience when you stay at this special place. This unique place is one of a kind in Leamington, it has a front view of Golf-wood lake and the gorgeous backyard has a view of Erie Shores Golf course. This house has every thing you need in summer, a beautiful 15' spa pool with endless jets, a custom wood fire pit . Plenty of seating areas and lounges around to enjoy outer space. Your Private room is fully secured with an ensuite equipped with air Jacuzzi and shower system.
This house has two units for short term rent purpose. One is luxury king room and other is Premium Luxury suite with Jacuzzi and own patio. Guests from both room share the great room with 80" smart 4k TV and seating area, a dinning table, Kichenette with double oven, dishwasher, fridge with craft ice maker, beverage fridge and basic cooking amenities. This house also has a big covered porch with exercise equipments which you can use at your own risk. There is a 8 seater dinning table in the porch too.
Outdoor has two fire pits, one gas and one wood fire pit and two seating areas on top of everything. The heated 15' spa pool can be used on timed shared basis. We allow gusts for 2 hour slots with advance booking. We want to ensure readiness before gusts arrives to enjoy the pool spa. Pool spa is open between 6 PM to 11 PM. However advance booking is must.
We are there for you! Just call or text. We live in same property with two very small dogs. However, they are well trained and doesn’t disrupt guests

Summary: My husband and I were looking to get away for an anniversary trip, and we selected this rental. The house was beautiful, very clean and obviously sanitized, the hosts were very kind and accomodating, it's in a great area, it appeared to be perfect. We were, however, under the impression that all spaces advertised were included with our unit rental, and not shared spaces. Vrbo specifically advertises "entire place to yourself" rentals, and this listing's amenities are almost all "shared" amenities.. While I am disappointed at our first overall Vrbo experience, the host was extremely courteous, accommodating, and very easy to get in touch with. However, be advised; this is not a "private" experience listing. I place responsibility on Vrbo, as this host did everything they could to accommodate our needs.

Summary: The photos show a beautiful property - in person it's clear that the owners not only enjoy hosting, but that they are passionate about the attention they are able to put into every little detail. The premium room felt like a hotel suite. The spa-pool is on the walk-out patio to the suite, which also gives access to a relaxing, well laid-out backyard that has plenty of different types of seating, fire pits, etc. It was nice to see palm trees living outdoors in Ontario! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own food, and all areas (kitchen, bedroom & ensuite, even the yard) are spotlessly maintained. Topping it off, Sue & Saj were spectacular hosts (and Sue has done an amazing job with the interior design!) Will be back when next we're in the area. Couldn't have asked for more...
