This property has 1 Ring Security Camera at the driveway and another in the rear yard facing the garage. These cameras operate 24 hours per day.

On the middle level :
*Bedroom 1- King bed

*Bedroom 3- A kids dream room - A queen bottom bunk with a twin on top, an additional mattress is also in this room.
A full bathroom with tub shower is located on the middle level as well as an additional living area with 2 couches and a closet full of games for rainy days! Located off the deck on this level is the perfect spot to read a book at the hammock or soak in the hot tub while you listen to the waves.
On the top floor:
Step into our open brightly lit kitchen with all new appliances and updated cookware! The open floor plan has plenty of seating between the island and large dining table sitting 10 in total. The expansive decks off the kitchen and dining give you views of both the sound and the ocean!
The final bedroom is off the kitchen area with a beautiful large bathroom that has a stand up shower as well as a jetted whirlpool tub.
*Bedroom 4- King bedroom with a smart TV.
Step outside to the amazing pool area or go undercover at the Tiki bar while the kids swim away the day!

Summary: This rental has everything you need for a wonderful getaway to OBX. The hosts, Erika and Casey are very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry or need. The rental is conveniently close to the beach and nearby fishing pier. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and food options in the vicinity. The layout of the house and rooms make it very accommodating for large groups. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rental has all the necessary amenities to make your stay relaxing and carefree. The pool and hot tub are a great way to chill out after a long day adventuring or at beach. Would definitely recommend this rental for your next OBX trip!

Summary: Great house overall. Ac was not working and I contacted the owners and they quickly sent out maintenance to repair the ac. Heated pool was amazing! Will book again!

Summary: We arrived on a sweltering hot day to find the house in excellent condition and the AC to already have the house in perfectly cooled temperatures. We were so impressed with its cleanliness, and how well stocked it was for our family upon arrival. Each and every one of the bedrooms reported how comfortable the mattresses were. Great location where you can view and hear the ocean from the deck as well as the sound. Lastly, we were granted late checkout which made our day traveling and absolute enjoyable experience. We noticed all the extra little details the hosts put into this house to make our stay amazing!

Summary: This property is tucked away off of the main road and offers plenty of privacy. We brought our own groceries and remained at the house for the majority of the time-everything we needed was right there. The pool was wonderful, the hottub was perfect for those chilly nights. The view is breathtaking-you could literally fall asleep listening to the waves on the hammock. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Summary: We took a quick weekend getaway to celebrate our daughters 16th bday. It was 2 min walk to the beach and pier for all the sunset,sunrise lovers. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Highly recommend for all ages!

Summary: Really nice part of the islands, much quieter and less developed than the more northern stretches. It's a fairly short walk to the beach and the sound. The pool was clean and nice in the afternoon (a bit chilly at night!). The house itself is nice, the outdoor bath and shower was very handy. Water pressure was not great but that's probably the water supply and not the house. The house overall was clean and in good shape save a few bits of wear typical of a rental house. We were comfortable and it was a nice space to hang out. An electronic lock would be a nice upgrade, I was paranoid about losing the only house key the whole time. This is a great place to get away from things a bit but be aware that the dining options are a bit few on this part of the island. There were some nicer options down in Avon where we ate several times.
