Negative: Staff !Poor attitude from check in Issue with bathroom sink reported not fixed. Lack of security. We retrieved our luggage from reception holding room with no staff present !!

Positive: The hotel and room was lovely. The receptionist were very nice and it was in a great location for getting to the city by train .

Negative: The only thing was the bar and restaurant were very poor. Staff didn't seem to be trained to get the simplest order and it lacked any amposfere.

Positive: Location is good, close to s-bahn that takes you directly to the airport. AC works very well

Negative: The shower was clogged. We had to ask 4 times for someone to fix it. Bedsheets were not changed every day, and some of them were stained. The bathroom wall was also stained. The kitchen only has mugs, but no utensils. With some renovation and a more proactive staff this could be a decent hotel.
