Positive: I like everything, the hotel is clean & organised. The food is the best we've had since we arrived in Sousse. Leaving the hotel was so hard 😂, didn't need anything outside except from visiting places. The front of house staff were immaculate, polite, friendly & very helpful. Everyone we met at the hotel from staff to fellow guests were friendly. I loved the hotel atmosphere. It had a calm & serene feeling to it. I was very happy with our rooms & balcony views, toilet etc... the hotel even had Netflix & channels in french & English also which I admired. I highly recommend Occidental Sousse Marhaba it is in its own calibre.
Negative: Nothing. I can't recall anything I was unhappy with as I had such an amazing time here.

Negative: Our only gripe was that the pool was a bit small for the number of guests- it was impossible to get a sun bed unless you ‘claimed’ one before breakfast which everyone else seemed to do.

Positive: Locations is beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful. Well maintained facilities. Good variety of food
Negative: Sometimes not so well organised the cleaning system (stairs, beach , in the room we had a sheet with a stain, the waitress come and go cleaning partially, removing towels and not providing the same number) .

Positive: Nice and clean rooms, comfortable sleep. The lawn and outdoor area was perfect, tidy and fresh, well taken care of, the gardening team are doing a very good job. The lighting at night is perfect. The activities and animation were also good. And a very nice surprise, there's an actual gym with weights and everything else you need, make sure to bring your gym shoes, they don't allow you to go in flip-flops. The food was good, and the manager of the hotel was doing his best to keep residents satisfied. The guests are also good and calm, no problems at all.
Negative: Some of the workers are selective in their treatment. After complaining about it to the hotel the problem was instantly solved and we were very happy with the quick response. They really do try to keep the residents satisfied and care a lot about it, so that's actually a good thing. You won't get dissapointed, the hotel manager was very quick to take action. Also what I didn't like is that you can't go to the beach at night, it's a bit restrictive, I like sitting at the beach at night, in understand they it's for security reasons but there should be at least a closing hour at midnight.

Positive: My first all inclusive hotel experience. For a 4 star hotel, it had the same level of amenities as a 5 star hotel! Loved my stay including the room balcony view, amazing breakfast, location to night entertainment!

Positive: The garden was wonderful, and the staff were smiling and kind. The process was smooth, and the beach was even more beautiful. And I can't forget the food—it was delightful, and I haven't tasted anything like it in any other hotel.
Negative: What I didn't like was that the elevator was very weak. Please fix it because during peak times, it will cause boredom.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly those on reception. They helped to fulfil all of our requests. For example, we had two separate bookings and went on a trip in between and they stored our luggage for us. I also liked the room, including the bathroom. Good choice of channels on the TV and excellent facilities elsewhere in the hotel.
