Summary: This hotel is definitely not 4 star. The room was dated, the bathroom door was rotted from water damage, they didn’t refill the body wash in the shower for our entire stay. The local area is so noisy at night with street vendors setting up to sell bootleg items at 11pm. My next visit to Istanbul will be at a different hotel.

Summary: A very well managed hotel, great service and polite staff. Please check your internet connection on this property, as it was not very stable in my room.

Summary: Location close to Taksim square and surrounding area with almost 24/7 shopping and easy access to transport excellent. Rooms somewhat “worn”, but clean and bed comfortable. Had “superior room” with balcony (806). Balcony spacy and sunny in afternoon. Nice big fridge. VERY noisy from neighbor rooms, walls are paperthin and even low voices can be heard easily. In next door room had family with screaming kids (and parents) past midnight, and hotel apparently couldn’t move us to other room with balcony, were very reluctant to ask for them to try to lower the noise level and didn’t offer any consolation (we didn’t ask). Maybe noise problem only on 8. balcony floor which seems to have different layout than other lower floors. Pool small but clean, same goes for spa/sauna area. Staff ok friendly but as mentioned could/would not fix biggest issue. Breakfast was poor but of course convenient to have in house. Considering overall price level in Istanbul could probably have found cheaper with same amenities, but location was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: One night for business and seeing friends. Great location. Good choice. Lobby is 3*, rooms are 3.5*. Not luxurious but clean enough and easy to get in and out. Great if you like crowds and Istikal St. Next time Nisintasi

Summary: I like the location. But their prices aren’t worth the hotel stay. They try to take advantage of their pricing. As far as allowing a guest to your room etc.
