Positive: The beds were extremely comfortable and I was shocked by how big the bunk beds were! A tv in every room, plenty of space for our family of 6. Lots of little extras that made it cozy and homey.
Negative: The AC would not get to a temperature we wanted, with all of the settings set properly. Before bed on our last night the AC said something about needing serviced. Probably a problem that will be fixed and not an issue for others. :)

Positive: The unit was clean & stocked with the essentials for a weekend stay. The host were very helpful prior to the trip, answering all my questions. There is a Publix close by & the beaches were obviously super close.
Negative: During the stay, the hosts were not available for help. There is an assigned parking spot for the unit & when we returned from a day at the beach, someone was parked in our assigned spot. So we had to park in a guest spot (lucky one was available!) We left for dinner & when we returned, the sparking was still taken. We figured out it was the cleaning staff, so they moved their car quickly to resolve the issue

Negative: Room (rugs, pillows, sheets, etc) smelled like wet dogs, we had to open all the windows and fabreeze throughout - which took care of the issue!

Positive: Fairly quiet, safe, clean. Cute decorating. Responsive hosts and easy access. Definitely a nice place to stay. Wonderful little pool, laundry room, outdoor area. Nice end unit.
Negative: As a disabled person, I would have loved to know it was on the second floor and was only accessible by stairs. Also the bathroom floor gets very slick and needs a non-slip mat.
