5 Bedroom House in Ocean Beach, Ocean Beach (Cornielle Estates)

This spacious house is only steps from the beach. It is privately located right off Surf Road which borders Ocean Beach and Corneille Estates. The house has 3 decks, one in the front, one in the back in the main level and a roof top deck with the most amazing view of the ocean and bay!
There is an open floor concept living room and dining room. The living room has 3 sofas. There is DirectTV, DVD and WiFi available. There is a modern kitchen with all the amenities and a great breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the living area.
The 2 decks are on the main level. There is an outdoor shower with separate changing room in the ground level.
The back deck has lounge chairs and table, BBQ grill and electric retracting canopy.
On the main level, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and ½ bathroom.
On the second level, there is another big bedroom with 4 beds and a 1/2 bathroom. Because the house is on stilts there are three walls of windows with wonderful views.
Then there is the roof top deck over-looking the entire fire island from ocean to bay. You can even spot the lighthouse!
Please note: Monday check in is 10am and Friday check out is 10am
Weekend rental: Friday check in is 3pm and Sunday check out is 3pm.

Summary: We had such a great stay here. The host made everything super easy and the communication was top notch. There was plenty of room inside and outside of the house. No one was on top of each other. And the location to the beach was superb! Overall, we loved it!

Summary: House was perfect for a large group. Location is a few houses from the beach and an easy walk to town. The deck was perfect for an at home bbq and the rooftop deck has an awesome view. The host was easy to contact and even allowed us access to their wagon. Would absolutely stay again!

Summary: We had a great time with our group! Everything was as pictured, we especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces and spacious common area. Hosts were also very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This house was perfect for a family vacation. We had 9 adults and 4 kids between 1 and 5. Plenty of space for everyone. Fully furnished kitchen, nice large dining table we could squeeze all 13 of us around. About 1/2 mile walk from town but very close to beach.

Summary: Had a great experience at the house. Had to check-in slightly late but not their fault at all as the cleaners were jam packed for the holiday weekend. House was perfect size and location, and hosts were super helpful and responsive.

Summary: This was a house we stayed in with friends during a Fire Island wedding weekend. Location was great--very close to the beach. (Very hard to find the house on arrival though.). The house was clean, fairly modern, well appointed. Air conditioning was a plus. Beds were pretty comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were dated but clean and fully functional. Decks were great. Outdoor shower looked recently done and was luxurious. Very strange towel policy-- we were required to bring our own beach and bath towels. Having to bring along two full sized towels per person made packing difficult. At this price point, towels simply should be provided. All in all, a very nice and well located house for a beach stay. Price a bit high for the quality of the property, but I suppose that's the going rate on Ocean Beach.
