Negative: This sounds petty given how wonderful it was, but a soap dish would have been great rather than resting the soap on its plastic packet.

Positive: Mostly everything were excellent. The room was spacious. All the facilities that had been listed were there. Kitchen appliances very well equipped and functioning well. The car park also been provided closed to the apartment. Location between the apartment and beach only 8 min by walk and 2 min by car. The apartment was very clean and in very good condition when we arrived. Everything was superb. Really enjoy our staycation there ❤️.

Positive: The location was good, property was nice and clean. Rachael was very responsive and provided us with a coffee machine and explained our apartment didn’t have a Spa Bath 🛁 . Bed was nice and comfy, TV worked and appliances provided, worked as expected 🙂. The fridge had a few complimentary drinks, some Tea and Tim Tams too 👍
Negative: Better clarity with the rooms, as we had thought we were booking for the Spa Bath Apartment and there would be an oven. Photos are slightly different to the Apartment we hired such as bright blue couch and a coffee machine (oven??) but no major issues. The bathroom is nice but could use some robe hooks and possibly an over toilet storage/shelf for clothes etc, rather than having to balance clothes on the toilet lid. Parking was a bit tricky on one day as someone parked in our spot, not realising there are actually 2 bays with the same number (although the other one had a small plate stating it was for unit No.a). The noise from neighbours coming through the walls can be a little loud but fortunately they didn’t carry on too much.

Positive: The location was really great, close to the shops and beaches. Apartment was clean, quiet and restful. Facilities are great.
Negative: the hand broom could have a long handle on it to make sweeping floor easier. Require something to dry the bathroom floor after showering, the floor gets very wet.
