Summary: Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) had lots of room to spread out in this well-appointed home. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, etc. and with basic ingredients for cooking if you want to. The location in the heart of Surf City was great so we could walk everywhere.

Summary: Property owner/manager very responsive. A note was sent to inform him of minor issues so he would be able to take care of these things for next renter. ( ie lightbulbs needing replacement) A handyman was sent the very next morning to take care of everything mentioned.

Summary: Excellent location and beautiful home. Close to the beach and to restaurants and activities. Plenty of room for our large family. Unfortunately upon arrival the house was not clean at all. The floors were covered in sand, dust and hair from the previous renters. We were told by the owner if we weren’t happy we could get in our cars and go home.

Summary: The layout of this house accomodates a large group with several options for outdoor socializing. The pool was a wonderful addition, the kids had a blast in it. The lower level gives the kids a place to play away from the rest of the house and sleeps six. Great house, we cried when we left. Peg and Jack Mc

Summary: very well equipped home with excellent location - we were worried the location would have a lot of road noise, but the fence and plantings made the pool a pleasant gathering space. We have already reserved again for next year!

Summary: The house was fantastic and a perfect layout for two families. Everyone felt as if they had there own space yet plenty of time spent together. The pool was a great plus rare to find on LBI. Ken was also great to work with and very responsive.
