This 5 star property (see tenant ratings), located in the North End of Ocean City at 40 Atlantic Avenue, is ideal weekly rental during the summer or during the winter with heat option with new HVAC system. It is also available during the winter, especially on monthly basis at discounted rates. It possesses a huge 50 X 130 lot and has a view of the water from the living room and upper front porch! Our property has the following great NEW features:
1) New HVAC units in every bedroom for great cooling (and heating during the winter).
2) HARD WOOD FLOORS in all the rooms and hallways, including the living room and dining room.
3) Retractable awning on the top floor porch, which is ideal for a morning coffee break.
4) New furniture in all the bedrooms, to include king bed in the master room on 2nd floor.
5) PARKING for 4 cars directly behind the property, which is newly paved and has a basketball hoop to play on for all ages.
6) It has an enclosed outdoor shower to wash off after day at the beach.
7) LOCATION - This townhome is a straight shot to the beach and boardwalk as you can see it less than two blocks away. The townhome is located between 1st Street and North Street. Additionally, several restaurants are within one block, including Island Grill.
8) New outdoor gas grill is located out back on the driveway to cook burgers or dogs after day at the beach.
9) New refrigerator has been installed and provide a Keurig coffee maker as well.
10) In the kids' room with the trundle bed, there is a 50" TV with Xbox console that your children can play video games.
11) We provide 6 beach passes as well which is over $100 savings.
The only item that you/tenant must bring are your own bed sheets and towels. There are 4 bedrooms with one king bed, one queen bed, one trundle bed that sleeps 3, and two twin beds.

Summary: I stayed at the property off-season with my 3 adult sisters.. The weather wasn't ideal and I was afraid we would feel claustrophobic being "cooped-up" as we were. Not at all! There was plenty of common space to be together and private space to "take a break" from each other. The beds were super comfy with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The new HVAC was great with mini-splits in each room so some of us could enjoy the sea breezes while others made use of the A/C. The technology was good but the wi-fi could get a little slow if a lot of people were on at once. The location was quiet but close enough to the boardwalk if we wanted a little more action. The hosts were super accommodating and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Perfect location. Close to a guarded beach with a public restroom but far enough north not to be insanely crowded. The basketball/parking area is huge. The decks are relaxing. The small size and direction of the spray make the outdoor shower not ideal for families with small children. But it was doable. Ditto with the stairs. The size of the place was perfect for us and extended family. We would stay again.

Summary: This place was a wonderful location. I would definitely stay here again. Close to the beach clean and it was nice to go to Brown’s every morning for the fresh donuts.

Summary: Great house, great location. Main living is upstairs, most rooms are downstairs. Close to beach, neighborhood was great, so much within walking distance. Recommend this location, really great spot

Summary: This was a great family place to stay. It is close to the beach, the room layout is perfect, the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The most important part of it is that the host was incredibly accommodating. When the coffee maker stopped working in the middle of the trip, he had a new one shipped to the house that very day! Thanks for a great vacation!

Summary: Loved the house which was very bright and had an open feeling. We enjoyed relaxing on the upper porch at night with our son and daughter-in-law. Enjoyed lying in the hammock on the lower porch with my grandchildren. Great location with a two block (one long) walk to the beach and at the beginning of the boardwalk. Enjoyed grilling and making s’mores at night.

Summary: This was our second stay at this location and it was just as good as the first. The home is clean, contemporary, and in a great location relative to the shore and boardwalk. The owners are accessible and considerate of your needs, should you need anything. We definitely recommend a stay at this location.
