Positive: I like the location close to the bike path.

Negative: The 10 digit key code to get into the condo is very variable in how well it works and I'm always nervous that I won't get in. Sometimes it takes 4 tries to get in. The washing machine was broken and I was depending on this working for what I packed. The property is a bit in need of updating, but that I appreciate that it's a valuel

Positive: The location was chosen as that's where we wanted to be and the quality of linens and attention to cleaning details by the housekeeping staff was what we're used to and expected.

Negative: We arrived and walked into the kitchen to find dirt all over the window sill, the dishwasher and the counter it is mounted under, and the floor out three feet from the window. The kitchen window was open and the landscapers with pack blowers blew out the gardens in that corner of the property and into the house. The REFRIGERATOR was SO OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD, as if the garbage disposal was left on, that up in the loft I was unable to sleep the first two nights and was forced to go out and PURCHASE EAR PLUGS in order to do so!! Very very aggravating and disappointing given the property's status.

Summary: Frustrating, two unfortunate situations overshadowed all that was so wonderful about the property
