Summary: Mold on ceiling in hall. Under beds had not been cleaned. Twin mattress soiled. Realtor was aware of mold issue caused by condensation and had contacted a contractor to fix problem. Made realtor aware of other issues. They were going to be taken care of by cleaning crew.

Summary: We really liked this area and the location of the condo. The beach access and pool are nice. It was never too crowded. The unit was nicely renovated with the laminate floors and new furniture. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. I felt like it wasn’t cleaned professionally before it was turned over. I had to wipe everything down. We did have an incident where the dunescape condo man (not rental company) entered our unit unannounced. He claimed he knocked but we did not hear. I was there to put a magnet on the refrigerator. So perhaps a proper chain lock on the front door that worked would be a good addition. It was great to have the laundry and the fully stocked kitchen. I liked how there is a gate with a code to both the pool and the beach access. Overall we enjoyed our stay but if I stayed at Dunescape again I might choose a unit with an ocean view.

Summary: The property is in a decent location. The ocean was wonderful during our stay. However, the unit itself could use some serious updating. The mattresses are horrendous. They have to be the cheapest, least cushioned and most uncomfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. Other than a relatively new oven, everything in the unit looks like it hasn't changed since the 80s or maybe even earlier. I know it is a rental unit so the owners don't want to purchase the most expensive beds and furnishings, but improvements are really essential to this particular unit. Next time I prefer to spend a few hundred dollars more and have a more complete view of the ocean and have a better quality mattress to sleep on.

Didn't have any needs for property management company. The specific unit could really use some updating. Did not appear to be well cleaned when we arrived, we cleaned again (dust, sand on carpet, rocks). Stains on carpet and very old furniture, kitchen floor, falling wall paper in bathroom. Layout is great though with the 3 bedrooms. The screened in deck and deck off master bedroom were lovely. Close location to the stairs and near the end of the hall which again was great. Will stay in the Villas again, likely try a higher floor next time to get full view of ocean and not have anyone above us (very loud last night). It just depends on what you specifically are looking for, but wonderful overall stay and experience in this area. Thank you

Summary: This property is in an excellent location. We love where it is but it was very disappointing. It has been neglected. We had to have multiple repair people come out. The property smelled like smoke and stunk. The kitchen had a foul odor. Furniture in the sitting area is not comfortable and the Master bedroom mattress is hard as a rock. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but when it’s your vacation and you pay this price you expect better. 😡😠

Reviewer Comments: The space was perfectly functional, but the interior is definitely dated and has a stale odor. Not from smoking or anything super offensive, just decades of use and no upgrades. We had an issue with the linens upon arrival, but it was promptly handled by management. Overall, we had a great time, but will choose a more modern unit next time.
