Summary: The house is great. Very well stocked with essentials and the location is perfect. The neighborhood is tucked away and perfect for a quiet oceanfront break. If you want things to do or places to see, the house is close to several entertainment “things” you can do. We really enjoyed the week in the house. I have family local to the area and we spent the week fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, cooking clams and just sitting around. There is something for all ages. My mother also stayed with us a couple nights and can not do stairs very well. The first floor of the house was perfect for her. No more than one step anywhere she had to go.

Summary: This was our first time renting a shared space with family/friends and this home made it very comfortable and satisfied all of our needs(wants). Absolutely loved everything about it! Hope to rent again next Summer!

Summary: This is a renovated, nicely decorated, and clean house with an amazing view. It has everything you could possibly need. It is very comfortable with plenty of inside and outside furniture. We are hoping Crystal continues to rent it!

Summary: This was by far one of my favorite rental experiences. Crystal’s property was immaculate and perfect for 2-3 families to fit comfortably. She was so quick to respond and had everything needed for our stay. In previous rentals I have had to bring certain every day necessities (sponges, extra paper towels, spices, etc.) - none of this was needed here. She had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was amazing, the neighbors were all friendly and overall it was the perfect long weekend away. You won’t regret booking her home!

Summary: I spotted Crystal’s place on Acoot Cove a while back. I knew we were coming to Mattapoisett and wanted a place on the water (we were absolutely right on the water), and a short drive to and from The Bay Club where my daughter competed in a 54-hole national tournament. Our six day stay was ideal. We experienced windy days, cloudy days, rainy days, sunny days. In any of those conditions, the view across the water was mesmerizing.
