Summary: The stay was fine. The location was excellent, the rooms were quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in the heart of the pier/lighthouse area, and it was perfect for walking to restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were clean but very much in need of updating. We didn’t interact much with the staff, but when we did, they were professional and courteous. I might stay here again, but it was not a memorable stay.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at Ocean Inn and suites. The location was very convenient to town, park, pier. They have started renovating but had stopped for the summer. Our room was on the lobby floor and just above the pool. It was clean and smelled fresh. The room is large, bed is very comfortable. Even though they were full it was very quiet and peaceful.

Summary: The staff working there was great however, we were awakened at 1 in the morning with girls screaming and fighting in rhe hallway. That went on for 45 minutes. The shower made a loud whistling sound and 2 inches of water stood in bottom of the tub. The pool had sand in the bottom. Too many unsupervised kids everywhere. I can go on but thats enough for now

Summary: The breakfast selection was poor. Choice was a waffle you made yourself, apple, orange, choice of the different flavor muffins, coffee (from a machine), orange juice and water. We stayed from Saturday until Wednesday and they had signs that stated "Excess our mess we are doing some construction to our facility" We did not see one construction worker the whole time we stayed there. The safe in the room did not work, the shower water selection knob was loose and leaked. The water pressure was really low in the shower and we were on the first floor of the hotel. The hotel parking is on the ground level. One plus is the hotel is within walking distance to the pier, the lighthouse, shopping area and many restaurants. Front staff was helpful but none of them had any uniform or even a shirt to show they working there. Not professional. I worked for a large hotel management company for many years and I would give this hotel a four out of ten rating.

Summary: The hotel is well situated for walking to many places. It is quaint and mostly clean, but the showers and sink are stained with mildew. To be fair, they are in the process of renovating. The bed was very comfortable - better than mine at home. The bedroom was very clean.

Summary: Went for a night get away with my wife and infant. Staff was nice and helpful. But, there was construction going on on the inn. In my room there was mold all on the roof walls and lamps

Summary: They have construction for remodeling going on which we were aware of going into the stay. However, the rooms were filthy. Bathroom still had head hair and pubic hair on the floor and in the bathtub. The bedroom floor was a dirty as well. The highlight was the bed. The most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. If the room would’ve just been clean, it would have made the stay much more comfortable. The overall setup of the hotel is cool too. Unique layout and views. I hate to give such a bad rating but the cleanliness was just awful.
