Positive: It was safe (in a gated complex). Apartment was clean. Beds were comfortable. There was parking in front of apartment. Beautiful view of the ocean from bedrooms. All the amenities of home: Washer/dryer, dishes, oven, microwave, coffee, tea, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, bath towels.

Negative: No hand soap in kitchen. There were only 3 black wash cloths for makeup removal. No other wash cloths to wash up with. No extra garbage bags.

Summary: Other than the small things that could easily be corrected. I mentioned them to the hostess and I’m sure she will correc

Positive: The location was fantastic, just a short drive to the ferry to Culebra. The house was so clean and well-maintained but also pleasantly cool, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was always prompt in addressing any of my concerns, although there were very few. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again

Negative: I loved everything about this property, no complaints.

Positive: The condo is beautiful and in a great location. You are close to everything but without all the craziness of being right in San Juan. The host was always available and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. She even suggested places to go. The view from the balcony is amazing and it being in a fenced in community with security makes you feel very safe. I went with 3 kids and another adult and we had plenty of space.

Positive: Host was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment way exceeded our expectations. It was huge, was clean, had a clothes washer / dryer, and the best part was the unbelievable view from the balcony. We will visit again!

Negative: Even with the blinds drawn, it's really bright in the morning making it difficult to sleep in. Also the grounds crew loudly worked outside as early as 7am a couple of the days we were there.
