Positive: As a family of 6, we all fit very well in the three bedroom house. The beds are comfortable, and each bedroom has a mini split. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. There is a park and restaurant within walking distance. Everything you want to experience is very close.

Positive: The house was very nice, and clean. There is AC in each of the bedrooms that does a great job keeping the house cool. There are several things to do that are near by within 5 to 15 min. Heber (the host) was very welcoming and helpful. Several amenities are also provided for going to the beach and other activities. Hopefully we'll have an opportunity to stay again soon!
Negative: The downstairs bathroom is a little awkward, but it's nice to have a second half bath.

Positive: The beds were comfortable, excellent mattresses. A/C in bedrooms was great.
Negative: Most beds didn’t have actual pillows (just pillow shams that smelled like sweat). The kitchen had hardly any supplies- no wine opener, no lighter to light the gas stove, no cutting board or knives. There was no hand soap in the entire house. The host was receptive to calls but he lives in Miami and was unable to help us with starting the gas oven when there was no lighter.
Summary: Decent location but has no comforts at all.
