Summary: Condo was beautiful, clean and very spacious. Great water view and looks out at the peer. The grounds are very well kept. The main negative is there is no elevator and the unit is on the 3rd floor. Restaurants are not high end but great for families with children. Better restaurants are very close by. The beach is only a few minutes away and very nice - until the tide comes in! Communication from the rental was terrific.

Summary: Location is absolutely perfect for relaxing with a picturesque view! Very short walk to the pier, shopping, dining and beach. But the pictures don’t do the decor and comfort of this place justice. From the minute we walked in the high attention to detail in decorating this place was obvious. It felt like the owners have gone above and beyond to prepare this property to feel like a family home. Plenty of lighting, comfortable furnishings, and fluffy towels. Very clean and very responsive when we had an issue. We look forward staying here again!!

Summary: Super clean, comfortable, needed nothing as the host has a great place. Was further from the beach than I thought but all is walkable and we grabbed some bikes! Great restaurants and wait staff at each restaurant was great!

Summary: It was the perfect short vacation. Aside from carrying all our luggage and groceries up 3 flights, everything was amazing. We spent almost our entire vacation sitting on the comfortable and spacious balcony enjoying the ocean and people watching those on the pier. We also loved that it was a very short walk to enjoy many shops and delicious restaurants. It was a wonderful experience for our first trip to St. Simon’s.

Summary: Loved this location! Spent a lot of time out on the deck. Weather was a bit cool, but the sunshine and views made it perfect. Loved that we could walk to several restaurants, shops and attractions too.

Summary: The condo is large and comfortable with beautiful decorations, high quality appliances, and plush towels and bedding. The view is simply stunning everything was as expected and more. Sitting on the waterfront balcony is nice, breezy and relaxing. The location was perfect for shopping and dining at the pier area. Finding the tree spirits was a good adventure. Would highly recommend staying here!
