Positive: The location is great.

Negative: No fly screens, so you can have the doors open. Also I had a lot of trouble getting out of the boom gate at top of ramp.

Positive: Location & view perfect.18th floor. Stayed for elderly mothers 93rd birthday:) very easy access from carpark( also has loading zone from basement B2 space at entry door, then 1 secured space & all off apartment, able to move with walker from room to bathroom, one shower in main room easy& large, could have also use the plastic balcony chair,she loved the view. Pleasant stay thanks:)

Negative: Pity the air-conditioning unit is not in a higher position, holds heat on verandah & ugly in view.
