Positive: Simply the best hotel I've been to on the island. Well-maintained. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 showers and toilets. Great water flow. Great Internet. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could want. Dishes and oven. Microwave. Stove. Coffee maker. Toaster. There is a washing machine that is also a dryer. There are 2 covered balconies. Great pool for both children and adults. The room is very clean and the cleaner comes every few days to clean again. The TV is equipped with everything you need. Netflix. Prime and YouTube, etc. There is a large private parking lot with a gate and a guard. There is a descent to the sea through a private gate from the hotel with a code. The sea is not that good in front of the hotel, but 200 meters to the side is great. The only thing missing in the room is a full-body mirror and a safe and it was really perfect. Highly recommended for families mainly, but also for couples. Very quiet and away from unpleasant neighborhoods. Very close to all the beautiful northern beaches

Positive: The property is quite suitable for families who are looking for a home away from their own. It is a staff-less facility...that means you are on our own.. but no worries, the host Mr. Junaid is always in touch with you thru whatsapp for any help /doubts. Swimming pool is awesome and the beach outside the property is amazing. Had a peaceful stay!!!

Positive: location is exactly on the beach . you can see the publi c beach across the properties fence !
Negative: The apartment complex was practically unoccupied . On the first night the fire alarm started ringing because it was malfunctioning. As there was no caretaker on the site , even after we informed the owner and the caretaker came to rectify for a full hour the alarm kept on blaring. Good thing was it happened when we were around rather than say when kids were alone at the apartment. So this made us uncomfortable at the idea of leaving kids alone ina complex of 12 apartments where no one else was staying.
Summary: great breachfront location , but unoccupied complex so not good for family

Positive: The apartment is spacious and furniture was cozy. It had everything we needed ( fully equipped kitchen, towels, soap, washer, dishwasher and their soap. Towels and when we asked for extras, they gave us. Swimming pool was amazing and easy beach access.
Negative: Lots of ants in bathrooms. Also in the outdoor balcony .. we couldn’t sit on the coaches outdoors because of ants. It would be great if they provided slippers. The chick out time is early (at 11 o’clock)
Summary: I would highly recommend it for a family.

Positive: Truly amazing place, right at the beachfront with a big swimming pool in a common area. Apartment felt like home! Fully equipped kitchen with some goodies waiting for us was a very nice gesture which made our arrival even better. Also a big plus was to have a washing machine there. Absolutely loved the boho style decor of the apartment. Hopefully one day I will return to this place of tranquility :)
