Summary: Check in is off sight. The only staff I saw was at the restaurant/bar and the guard shack. Area was clean but deserted. Maybe the time of year? Restaurant/bar was open for 5 hours and I only saw one couple actually visit it. They do have a nice pier/tiki to sit and have drinks, as long as you bring your own because it's a long walk to the bar. Appeared to be a nice pool, but I didn't visit it.

Summary: Pool was very nice and clean. Rooms were not cleaned well. Lots of long term dirt on walls and on apoa cows. Grimy. But beds were clean and nice and everything was decorated well.

Summary: The condo was mostly clean, other than the stove being sticky. The fridge wasn't cooling, the kitchen sink wasn't draining on one side, and there weren't any comforters in the master bedroom and no pillows for the sleeper sofa. There were only 4 bath towels and 3 beach towels for 6 guests. We sent two messages and never received any of the bedding. The issue with the fridge was handled quickly and we managed to unclogg the sink ourselves. Pots, pans, dishes etc. are very limited and some were dirty, do not plan on cooking any fancy meals. The balcony is tiny and there wasn't as much as a chair on it. Also, my teenage daughter could stick her head in between the bars, watch smaller kids closely! At one point we locked ourselves out of the room. Security came within minutes to unlock the door, even though he said we might have to wait a while because he was the only person on site. The pool and hottub are nice, well maintained, and open until 11pm, which we appreciated tremendously. The bar by the pool closed earlier than what the sign said. The drinks are weak and mediocre at best. The entire staff was friendly. The beach area is very small and not very nice, not adequate for a family day at the beach. Fishing on site is limited to the marina area, which was disappointing for my teens. Check-in is off site, which requires an extra stop, but checkout was easy and done by making a quick phone call. Overall a good value for the price, I would stay there again.

Summary: The resort itself is nice enough, but the check in is a bit awkward, as it is not on sight, it is in a strip mall on the main road. The only complaint and it is a small one was I thought, perhaps incorrectly a single load of laundry detergent was included with the rental.. but none were. Again this could have been my misunderstanding, but at other place I have stayed that had washers and driers in the unit, a starter pack of soap was included.
