Ocean Reef 102 is simply idyllic! This spacious luxurious 3 bed 3 bath unit is located within 2 minutes of
the popular St. Lawrence Gap and on the only natural lagoon in Barbados, known as Sandy Beach, with
its all sand bottom stretching over 100 yards from shore to its protective barrier reef. This provides for
ideal swimming, snorkeling and yes – swimming with turtles! This Ocean Reef unit is one of few with a private infinity plunge pool. Two of the bedrooms are effectively en-suite master bedrooms - both
with magnificent views of the sea which is literally no more than 40 feet away.
Ocean Reef is a luxury 4 storey condominium complex situated on the South Coast of Barbados and consists of 12 units which are all ocean facing. It is hard to find a more perfect location being situated on a low 6-foot cliff overlooking and on the only natural lagoon on the Island, known as Sandy Beach; and within a 2-minute walk of the popular St. Lawrence Gap with nearby restaurants, pubs and nightclubs.
The unit measures just under 2,000 sq. ft and is fully furnished and equipped with everything to make it your home away from home.
The lagoon is protected by a barrier reef and provides ideal swimming and snorkeling conditions. You can walk from shore to the reef with the water reaching no more than waist height at low tide.
The actual beach, which is accessed by stairs leading from the property, stretches several hundred yards long, providing lovely swimming along its entire length.
There is an infinity plunge pool on the patio for your private enjoyment, as well as a well-equipped gym and covered car park. While barbecuing is not allowed on the patios, there is a dedicated outside BBQ area on the oceanfront.
Shared economy Levy:
This new levy was introduced by the Government of Barbados with effect from August 1st, 2018. It is 10% of the booking fee and is collected on arrival at the villa.

Summary: Fantastic, just keep it quiet or else we will never get in again! Great quality, wonderful views, effective aircon and all very professionally put together. We have been coming to Barbados for years and have finally found the perfect place to stay. We will certainly be back.We had 4 adults in the apartment.The only improvement that we could think about was providing a tray for carry drinks and food from the kitchen to the balcony!

Summary: Had a great time; location of the unit was right next to The St Lawrence Gap-which has many restaurants, night life. Tina and Jason were great Hosts and supported us with providing a great deal of info on things to do, grocery shops, places to go, taxi service etc.; really helped to make the stay as enjoyable as can be. Some issues with the pool, but they were able to get it up and running by late week. Overall, a clean unit, well maintained. LOVED sitting on the lanai, esp. in the morning; saw some turtles and humming birds.Family walked out mid-day when the tide was out and saw a turtle and stingray. Bed in main bdrm Walking on the street can be a little scary at times, esp. at night, due to limited sidewalks and very fast drivers!! Be safe!!

Summary: The condo is everything as advertised. Tina and Jason were absolutely fabulous to deal with. They me us upon arrival. The condo has everything you need. It is located right on the ocean. You can watch the turtles and stingrays. The pool is definitely an added feature we really enjoyed. As for the location you can’t get a better location. You have a beautiful beach with bars right beside the condo and the gap is a two minute walk away with all kinds of great restaurants and bars. We will definitely be rebooking.

Summary: 6 of us absolutely loved our week here. The property could not be better located to the beach, restaurants and stores. The view every morning was to die for. We swam with the turtles twice!The deck and pool were amazing. We cooked in mostly but went out to Prime Bistro and Castaways, both of which I would recommend.Jason, Tina and Philip could not have been more accommodating and made our checking and checkout a breeze. Chris our taxi driver was also just so lovely and gave us great tips for our stay.Wonderful to have a midweek freshening up with new towels and sheets! Thank you Natasha.Do not hesitate to stay here, it checked off every box. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Summary: The condo was perfect for our family with adult children. The view just can’t be beat, and being only steps to the gorgeous water and beach was amazing. The hosts were so kind and helpful when our travel plans went awry. If we’re lucky enough to return to Barbados, we will stay here!

Summary: What a gorgeous location this condo has completely on the sea front ! Waking up every morning to see the ocean - fantastic !! The outside decking area is great and the plunge pool an absolute bonus ! The condo is fully equipped with everything you could ask for. And so super clean !! So delighted we decided to stay here and cannot recommend highly enough.

Summary: The property is exactly as listed on VRBO. This Unit was perfect for a group of 6 and has amazing views of the ocean, turtle sightings and the beach is less than a 2 minute walk from the Condo. Since you are close to St. Lawrence Gap and Worthing, you will have access to Restaurants and 2 Markets (Clifton Market and Massey Supermarket) to purchase whatever you need for your stay. However, if you are staying for one week or less, it is recommended that you bring your own towels due to Management only providing 1 initial set and 1 change out of towels later in the week and you are prohibited to washing the initial set due to utilize a commercial service. If this is not a problem, then you’re good. Overall, this is a great unit and Management was accessible if their was a problem and I would definitely utilize again when I return.
