Positive: The location was a good jumping off point for other places. Staff responded promptly to key code issues (not all my fault).

Negative: It's always disappointing when every guest comments about dirt, and the management does nothing about it. The bed base was unappetising. The shower had the sort of doors you don't close in case of getting stuck. The toilet floor tiling was totally rotten. No adequate curtain to make the room dark. Either filthy or rotten window. Someone else's food in the room, which is always a sign of lazy hygiene. I was "upgraded" to a larger room, which was amusing; I wondered how small the original one was.

Summary: You get what you pay for, including free dirt.

Positive: It was right near the center of town and near the amusements and beach. You had your own bathroom and use of a kettle to make hot drinks.

Negative: The door to the room wasn't very sturdy, and the room itself was ok but could do with some work, the hallway stairs could do to be replaced.

Positive: Our Original Room Was Flooded, So Our Contact Mark Transferred Us To Another B n B Several Doors Further Away, But It Was Very Clean, Tidy, Comfortable n Accommodating Which Is All We Asked For.
